The decision has already been taken. What is missing is the protocol.

The Ministry of Ayush runs yoga training for de-addiction under the line say yes to yoga and no to drugs. In December 2025 the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment signed agreements with yoga institutions under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan. Every upgraded village health centre in the country has been given a mental health package, a yoga session package and a yoga instructor's post. The argument about whether yoga belongs in de-addiction is over, and it was won without us.

What nobody has written down is what to actually do on Tuesday morning: which postures, in what order, for how many minutes, three times over at three speeds, who runs it, and what to write in the register afterwards. That is the whole of what this site adds, and it is free, public and already counted movement by movement.

We start at the individual because the whole of it is there. A man who practises for ten minutes at two in the morning has done the thing the district is trying to buy. Everything above him on this ladder exists only to make that ten minutes easier to repeat.
